1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SetSoon website, APIs, or software services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. License Grant & Permitted Use

SetSoon grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our scheduling software and embeddable SDKs in accordance with your subscription tier. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of our proprietary routing and availability algorithms.

3. Service Availability & Maintenance

SetSoon monitors system health continuously and communicates planned maintenance windows in advance whenever possible, scheduling routine maintenance during off-peak hours.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SetSoon be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data arising out of or related to your use of the scheduling platform.
