1. Information We Collect

SetSoon Technologies Inc. ("SetSoon", "we", "our", or "us") provides appointment scheduling infrastructure. In delivering our services, we collect information that you provide directly, including name, email address, company name, connected calendar identifiers, and meeting details.

When meeting attendees book time via SetSoon, we collect attendee contact details and responses to customized intake questionnaire forms strictly on behalf of the customer orchestrating the appointment.

2. How We Use Calendar Data

We access connected Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook calendars solely for the purpose of checking busy times, calculating open booking slots, and inserting confirmed calendar events. We never sell, monetize, or train generalized machine learning models on customer calendar event descriptions or attendee identities.

3. Data Protection & Security Controls

Data transmitted to or from SetSoon is encrypted in transit using HTTPS / TLS. Passwords are stored using salted bcrypt hashes, and API keys are hashed with SHA-256 prior to storage.

4. Your Data Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase personal data held by SetSoon. You may request a complete export of your account data or submit a deletion request by contacting our privacy team at privacy@setsoon.com.
